What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on all products. If you're not loving your purchase, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help you process a return or refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Can I exchange my order?
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. But we're happy to help with returns or refunds so you can place a new order.

Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, but only if we catch it in time! Reach out to support@grabcaddy.com ASAP. Once your order is processed by our warehouse, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. Use it anytime to check the delivery status.

Do I need an account to place an order?
Nope! You can check out as a guest. But if you create an account, you’ll be able to track orders and view your order history in one place.

How do I sign up for your newsletter?
Scroll to the bottom of our homepage and enter your email in the “Sign up for our newsletter” box. You’ll get a confirmation email once you're in.

  3. Enter your info

  4. Review and confirm your order
    We’ll ship it out as soon as it’s processed!
